A. n\u00eb plantacionin e pem\u00ebve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb trafon e sistemit solar p\u00ebr prodhimin dhe shp\u00ebrndarjen e rrym\u00ebs, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me t\u00eb akuzuarin K. S.,  dhe F. S. me dashje dhe q\u00ebllim q\u00eb vetes t\u2019i sjellin p\u00ebrfitim t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm pasuror, kan\u00eb kryer vjedhje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, duke shkaktuar d\u00ebm material n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 3333.00 euro t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit A. B.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit K. S. \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ve\u00e7imi i procedur\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ekonomizimit t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit F. S., Gjykata ka marr vendim me 26.01.2018.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari E.
