R.<\/p>\n<p>Me dat\u00eb 24.01.2011, rreth or\u00ebs 17:00, n\u00eb lagjen \u201cDheu i Bardh\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb Gjilan, me paramendim dhe me dashje ka tentuar t\u00eb privoj nga jeta t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin B. L., duke sht\u00ebn\u00eb me arm\u00eb n\u00eb ndaj tij godet n\u00eb krahun e majt\u00eb, dy her\u00eb n\u00eb dy k\u00ebmb\u00ebt dhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb shpin\u00eb, gjithashtu ka sht\u00ebn\u00eb edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit K. S., me \u00e7\u2019rast predha shkon af\u00ebr syrit, duke i shkaktuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda trupore.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto veprime t\u00eb akuzuarit A. R., kan\u00eb ardhur si hakmarrje, ndaj t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit B. L., pasi q\u00eb ky i fundit nj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb her\u00ebt kishte ther\u00eb me thik\u00eb v\u00ebllain e t\u00eb akuzuarit A. R.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari ka kryer veprat penale, vrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb dhe mbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll t\u00eb arm\u00ebve, vepra t\u00eb sanksionuara me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPK).<\/p>\n<p>Trupi gjykues i departamentit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb gjitha provave dhe d\u00ebgjimit t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr dy veprat penale ka shqiptuar nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim unik prej 4 (kat\u00ebr) vite e 10 (dhjet\u00eb) muaj burgim.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykata ka liruar nga akuza t\u00eb pandehurin Rr.
