T\u00eb nderuar an\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe simpatizant\u00eb t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb,
\nT\u00eb respektuar delegat\u00eb \u2013 vendimmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb djesh\u00ebm zgjedhor t\u00eb Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb Gjilan!
\nSecila gar\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm zgjedhore partiake \u2013 politike, ka humbjen dhe fitoren, ka humb\u00ebsin dhe fituesin n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb, p\u00ebrndryshe nuk do t\u00eb quhej gar\u00eb.
\nK\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrfundoi edhe gara e djeshme zgjedhore brenda Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Gjilan.
\nDuke e respektuar vendimin e shumic\u00ebs, q\u00eb n\u00eb demokraci \u00ebsht\u00eb postulat themelor, shfryt\u00ebzoj rastin ti uroj fansat e kryetarit t\u00eb deg\u00ebs z. Qemajl Mustafa, dhe vet ate, si fitues i k\u00ebsaj gare zgjedhore, ndon\u00ebse kam qen\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb an\u00ebn e kund\u00ebrt t\u00eb tij.

\nE them me sinqeritet, me respekt dhe me konsiderat\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, se ishte nder p\u00ebr mua t\u00eb jem n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb z. Flurim Arifi.
\nKandidati Flurim Arifi, pos performances brilante q\u00eb realizoi gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb kampanj\u00ebs zgjedhore, me nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb dhe me delikates\u00eb, ai edhe dje n\u00eb kuvendin zgjedhor, e d\u00ebshmoi k\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb re lidershipi.
\nPrandaj, s\u2019kam pse t\u00eb mos e fal\u00ebnderoj p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim dhe ta p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoj mikun tim t\u00eb nderuar Flurim Arifi, p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin e tij t\u00eb lart\u00eb politik, burr\u00ebror n\u00eb plan t\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe ta inkurajoj p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebtimin e tij t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm drejt sfidave tjera.
