Por p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile thon\u00eb se nuk duhet negociuar taksa p\u00ebr liberalizimin, pasi ky pazar ia humb kuptimin taks\u00ebs, e cila i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe jo BE-s\u00eb, shkruan Gazeta “Z\u00ebri”.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrparim Kryeziu, nga Grupi p\u00ebr Studime Juridike dhe Politike (GLPS), ka konsideruar se vendimi p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn edhe liberalizimi jan\u00eb dy procese t\u00eb ndara dhe se duhet t\u00eb mbeten e t\u00eb trajtohen si t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n
\u201cN\u00ebse diskutohet mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019u negociuar taksa p\u00ebr liberalizim ajo s\u00eb pari ia humb kuptimin taks\u00ebn, sepse taksa i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e jo BE-s\u00eb\u201d, ka potencuar ai p\u00ebr “Z\u00ebrin”. <\/p>\n
Edhe Imer Mushkolaj ka vler\u00ebsuar se nuk duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb pazare me k\u00ebto dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje. \u201cHeqja e taks\u00ebs nuk ishte dashur t\u00eb jet\u00eb si l\u00ebshim p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb liberalizimin e vizave, p\u00ebr shkak se taksa s\u2019ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me liberalizimin e vizave. Kosova i ka plot\u00ebsuar kushtet p\u00ebr liberalizim t\u00eb vizave, ashtu si e kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar vet\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb dhe nuk ishte dashur t\u00eb hyhet n\u00eb pazare t\u00eb tilla, p\u00ebr shkak se at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb konsiderohej dob\u00ebsi nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n
Edhe po qe se b\u00ebhet ndonj\u00eb ofert\u00eb e till\u00eb, q\u00eb taksa t\u00eb hiqet n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb vizave, sipas Mushkolajt nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk duhet lejuar t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Edhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, thjesht BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u2019i b\u00ebhet e ditur q\u00eb liberalizimi i vizave nuk ka lidhje me taks\u00ebn dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb pazar shum\u00eb i ul\u00ebt. Kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb pranohet\u201d, ka potencuar ai.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb arsyeja se pse taksa duhet t\u00eb mbetet akoma n\u00eb fuqi sipas Arberie Nagavcit, nga LVV-ja, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me faktin se kjo tarif\u00eb ende nuk e ka arritur efektin e plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cTaksa duhet t\u00eb mbetet si \u00e7\u00ebshtje reciprociteti, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb reciprocitet i plot\u00eb me Serbin\u00eb\u201d, ka potencuar deputetja e LVV-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
