Ai u shpall fajtor p\u00ebr vrasjen e kat\u00ebr civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin Zheg\u00ebr t\u00eb Gjilanit n\u00eb vitin 1999.<\/p>\n
Kryetari i Trupit Gjykues, Dragoje Jovoviq, n\u00eb shpjegimin e aktgjykimit t\u00eb tij, deklaroi se d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e paraqitura padyshim se “v\u00ebrtetuan se krimet e luft\u00ebs jan\u00eb kryer, pasi p\u00ebr ato kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt, por edhe vet\u00eb i akuzuari e ka pranuar n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb hetimore, por m\u00eb von\u00eb i ka mohuar ato deklarata”.<\/p>\n
Zmajeviq ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb apeloj\u00eb aktgjykimin n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb gusht t\u00eb vitit 2016, Prokuroria Speciale e Mali t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebr krim t\u00eb organizuar dhe krime lufte konfirmoi se kishte arrestuar Vllado Zmajeviqin (47 vje\u00e7) nga Nikshiqi me dyshimin se \u201cka kryer krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullat\u00ebs civile n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb 1999\u201d.<\/p>\n
Drejtori i Fondit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Bekim Blakaj i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb Radios Evropa e Lir\u00eb, se Vllado Zmajeviq ishte i pari n\u00eb list\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet n\u00eb Zheg\u00ebr t\u00eb Gjilanit.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtimeve gjat\u00eb vitit 2000, Fondi ka dokumentuar se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb krim jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb gjasht\u00eb persona, m\u00eb 29 dhe 30 mars 1999.<\/p>\n
