Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb Udh\u00ebzimi Administrativ q\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb e nxori t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve, i cili i obligon Komisionet Zgjedhore Komunale dhe K\u00ebshillat e Vendvotimeve q\u00eb ta respektojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00ebzim, komunitet pakic\u00eb, kryesisht ai serb, p\u00ebr dallim prej proceseve t\u00eb tjera zgjedhore q\u00eb votonin me dokumente serbe, k\u00ebsaj radhe nuk do t\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Se KQZ-ja gjat\u00eb proceseve zgjedhore kryesisht ato lokale, i ka mbyllur syt\u00eb duke lejuar identifikimin e personave p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar edhe me dokumente tjera jo kosovare, e thon\u00eb edhe monitoruesit e zgjedhjeve. Mir\u00ebpo, sipas KDI-s\u00eb, ky vendim \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebri me Ligjet n\u00eb fuqi, derisa i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje KQZ-s\u00eb t\u00eb mos l\u00ebshoj\u00eb pe dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb zgjedhjet e 2013-s, me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e OSBE-s\u00eb, e q\u00eb ka rol k\u00ebshill\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb procesit zgjedhor n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit, serb\u00ebve u ishte lejuar votimi edhe me dokumente serbe.
