K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb mund ta v\u00ebrejm\u00eb edhe n\u00eb debate televizive t\u00eb cilat ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb eskalojn\u00eb n\u00eb sharje e madje edhe rrahje nd\u00ebrmjet debatuesve. Nj\u00eb gar\u00eb e caktuar, politike e tjet\u00ebr qoft\u00eb, po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vij\u00eb ndar\u00ebse nd\u00ebrmjet njer\u00ebzve. M\u00eb e keqja e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo po kalon n\u00eb heshtje pa u d\u00ebnuar nga qytetaria e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebria apo ne jemi shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb konsumator se po na shitet gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si ta eliminojm\u00eb urrejtjen?<\/p>\n<p>Urrejtja, si\u00e7 tham\u00eb m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendje e shfrenuar shpirt\u00ebrore dhe psikike.
