Ka qen\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, pra p\u00ebr mekanizmat e rendit dhe t\u00eb ligjit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebrkund\u00ebr faktit se ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb ofruar p\u00ebr ta suspenduar taks\u00ebn, jan\u00eb munduar q\u00eb t\u2019ia atribuojn\u00eb taks\u00ebs aspektin elektoral\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb veprim q\u00eb tash \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar se taksa mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb vot\u00eb.
