Q\u00ebllim i monitorimit p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 25 shtator deri m\u00eb 6 tetor 2019, ishte vler\u00ebsimi i performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb OSHMA-ve n\u00eb pajtim me Kreun VIII t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Ligji, t\u00eb titulluar \u201cMediat gjat\u00eb Fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb Zgjedhjeve\u201d, si dhe Ligjin dhe aktet n\u00ebnligjore t\u00eb KPM-s\u00eb. Ky raport \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar nga Departamenti i Monitorimit dhe Analiz\u00ebs (DMA) i Zyr\u00ebs Ekzekutive dhe prezanton t\u00eb gjeturat nga monitorimi i OSHMA-ve gjat\u00eb mbulimit t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore dhe periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb heshtjes zgjedhore deri n\u00eb mbylljen zyrtare t\u00eb vendvotimeve.<\/p>\n
Raporti prezanton t\u00eb gjeturat nga monitorimi i performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb OSHMA-ve t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb mbuluar fushat\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb monitorim jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (17) ofrues t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve mediale audio-vizuele, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve:<\/p>\n
Tri (3) me mbulim tok\u00ebsor nacional (RTK1, KTV dhe TV21);
\nN\u00ebnt\u00eb (9) OSHMA me mbulim tok\u00ebsor lokal\/regjional (TV Dukagjini, TV Puls, TV Herc, TV Opinion, TV Besa, TV Vali, TV Most, TV Mitrovica dhe TV Iliria); dhe
\nPes\u00eb (5) OSHMA me program gjeneralistik q\u00eb transmetohen p\u00ebrmes operator\u00ebve t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes (RTK2, Klan Kosova, TE7, Rrokum TV dhe TV Gracanica).<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb monitorimit, n\u00eb fokus ishin t\u00eb gjitha format e prezantimit medial t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore si: edicionet e lajmeve, pikat politike reklamuese, kronikat zgjedhore dhe intervistat e debatet e transmetuara nga ora 16:00 deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 24:00.<\/p>\n
