Raporti i ekspertiz\u00ebs s\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore n\u00eb Lozan\u00eb t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs p\u00ebr rastin e Astrit Deharit, konstaton – citojm\u00eb:<\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjeturat e k\u00ebtij raporti, Prokuroria thot\u00eb se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me hetimin e k\u00ebtij rasti dhe do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nevojshme, ku do t\u2019i d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb edhe ekspert\u00ebt e Institutit t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore n\u00eb Lozan\u00eb, si dhe ekspert\u00ebt e Institutit t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr sqarimin e raporteve t\u00eb tyre dhe n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb super-ekspertiz\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe koordinim me partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb sqarohen rrethanat dhe shkaktar\u00ebt e vdekjes.<\/p>\n

Prokurori i Shtetit siguron familjen Dehari dhe opinionin publik se n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kompetencave dhe autorizimeve kushtetuese dhe ligjore do t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb hetime profesionale deri n\u00eb zbardhjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rasti.<\/p>\n
