T\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto parti po zotohen p\u00ebr reform\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore te sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Vettingun n\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsi, prokurori, polici dhe AKI.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb tryez\u00ebn me tem\u00ebn \u201cPrioritetet legjislative n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit: Nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb nga legjislatura e re e Kuvendit\u201d, t\u00eb organizuar nga GLPS, Albulena Haxhiu nga L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje tha se edhe sot n\u00eb takimin me LDK-n\u00eb do t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit.<\/p>\n
Sipas saj, nj\u00eb prej synimeve kryesore t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb tyre ajo tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb kthimi i besimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cNe kemi obligim q\u00eb t\u00eb punojm\u00eb pa ndal\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e institucioneve t\u00eb pavarura t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb verifikim dhe kontroll t\u00eb prokuror\u00ebve, niveleve e larta t\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe AKI-s\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn kemi patur nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb shtypjes s\u00eb parlamentit. Un\u00eb besoj q\u00eb ka alternativa t\u00eb shumta se si mund t\u00eb adresohet \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Vettingut. Pa procesin e Vettinugt nuk mund ta kthejm\u00eb besimin e qytetar\u00ebve ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb”, tha ajo.<\/p>\n
Ndryshe n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e sotme, Arb\u00ebresha Loxha nga organizata GLPS tha se sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs po mbetet “thembra e Akilit”.<\/p>\n
