N\u00eb njoftim thuhet se mund t\u00eb paraqiten v\u00ebrshime t\u00eb shpejta nga disa lumenj, nd\u00ebrsa mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyten edhe disa fusha nga uji.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb njoftim nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera thuhet se:<\/p>\n
Reshjet e shiut t\u00eb filluara nga data 05.11.2019, fillimisht n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore, gjat\u00eb or\u00ebve t\u00eb pas dit\u00ebs kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb vendit por me intensitet m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n
Duke filluar nga dita e sotme 06.11.2019, fillimisht n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (zona e Alpeve Shqiptare kan\u00eb vazhduar reshje t\u00eb shiut me intensitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt deri mesatar\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb edhe pjes\u00ebn veriore dhe veriper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb vendit. Nd\u00ebrsa duke filluar nga 07.11.2019, reshjet e shiut do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me intensitet m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Dukagjin.<\/p>\n
Mund t\u00eb paraqiten v\u00ebrshime t\u00eb shpejta nga disa lumenj\/rr\u00ebke, kryesisht me karakter malor\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrmbytje fushore nga lumenjt\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb disa segmente t\u00eb tyre, gjat\u00eb or\u00ebve dhe dit\u00ebve ne vijim.<\/p>\n
Kjo situat\u00eb mund\u00eb t\u00eb paraqes v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb qarkullimin rrugore, me mund\u00ebsi rr\u00ebshqitje t\u00eb dheut si dhe v\u00ebrshime urbane n\u00eb disa zona.<\/p>\n
