Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan ka shpall Aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit Sh. B., N. B. dhe S. B.
\nT\u00eb akuzuarit me dat\u00eb 01.09.2016 rreth or\u00ebs 12:00 minuta n\u00eb fshatin Zhegovc, pas nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje verbale me t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin S. Q. zyrtar n\u00eb Agjencionin Pyjor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, fillimisht kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb z\u00ebnk\u00eb verbale, m\u00eb pas ka rezultuar me konflikt fizik, me \u00e7\u2019rast i d\u00ebmtuari nxjerr\u00eb revolen dhe sht\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb frik\u00ebsimit, i akuzuari N. B. i v\u00ebrsulet duke u kacafytur, m\u00eb pas nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb akuzuarit Sh. B. dhe S. B. Gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjes i akuzuari Sh. B. ka arritur t\u00eb marr revolen nga i d\u00ebmtuari dhe godet 3 \u2013 4 her\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e p\u00ebrparme t\u00eb hund\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb regjionin moll\u00ebzor t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb fytyr\u00ebs, me \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb marr tretman mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Klinike Universitare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (QKUK).<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari Sh. B., ka kryer veprat penale \u201cl\u00ebndim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb trupor\u201d nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb akuzuarit S. B. dhe N. B. kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cpjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb rrahje\u201d, vepra t\u00eb sanksionuara me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).
\nTrupi gjykues i Departamentit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, ka shpall aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit Sh. B. duke e d\u00ebnuar me 2 (dy) vite burgim dhe d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 500 Euro.
\nNd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb akuzuarit N.B. dhe S. B. ka gjykuar me nga 10 (dhjet\u00eb) muaj burgim, i cili d\u00ebnim do t\u00eb ekzekutohet pas plotfuqishm\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb aktgjykimit.
