Faktor\u00eb n\u00eb shtimin e aksidenteve, sipas tij, n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve jan\u00eb mosrespektimi i shenjave t\u00eb komunikacionit, ndikimi i alkoolit, por edhe mungesa e infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore. \u201cN\u00eb mas\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr shtimin e aksidenteve n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohen k\u00ebto pika: mosrespektimi i shenjave t\u00eb komunikacionit (ligjeve mbi komunikacionin), mosp\u00ebrmbushja e normave ligjore t\u00eb kontrollimeve teknike t\u00eb automjeteve, ndikimi i alkoolit dhe i substancave narkotike, mungesa adekuate e infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore (sinjalistika, ndri\u00e7imi i rrug\u00ebve etj.)\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera ai.<\/p>\n
