Lagja \u201cIsa Kastrati\u201d ka qene ne planifikim per investime pas kryerjes se tenderimit ne muajin dhjetor (investimet jane parapar ne muajt Mars-Prill, ju keni anashkaluar kete pjese dhe keni vazhduar ne lagje tjera. <\/p>\n<p>Ne si banore te kesaj lagje i gezohemi te gjithave investimev ne cdo cep te qytetit por jo duke na anashkalur dhe duke na mbajtur peng i investimev nga komuna. <\/p>\n<p>Ne nuk do te zmbrapsemi nga e drejta jone qe te jetojm dinjitetshem, prandaj filloni investimet sepse kompromis nuk do te pranojme. <\/p>\n<p>P.S.
