Dr. Fehmi Rexhepi.<\/p>\n<p>Nazim Gagica, Drejtor i Arsimit n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb institucioneve komunale dhe Kryetarit Lutfi Haziri, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Prof. Hysen Latifi, ishte pedagod q\u00eb ka reflektuar iluminiz\u00ebm dhe se t\u00ebr\u0113 jeta e tij lidhet me rritjen e shkoll\u00ebs shqipe n\u0113 Gjilan e Anamorav\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d Prof Hysen Latifi, ishte pedagog i matur, i p\u00ebrkushtuar dhe serioz q\u00eb gjente zgjidhjet e duhura ne momente t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ka kaluar shkolla shqipe\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Gagica.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb em\u0113r t\u00eb familjes djali i tij Luan Latifi, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra e prindit \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr brezat e familjes.<\/p>\n<p>Prof Mr.sc Hysen Latifi, gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, ka punuar n\u00eb vende te ndryshme edukative arsimore.
