H.  <\/p>\n<p>Ekziston dyshimi i bazuar se me dat\u00eb 29.12.2019, rreth or\u00ebs 04:50 minuta n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cNATO 99\u201d, n\u00eb Gjilan, i pandehuri V. H. gjersa ishte duke vozitur vetur\u00ebn e tij shkaktohet nj\u00eb aksident trafiku me kamionin t\u00eb cilin ishte duke e drejtuar L. S, tani i ndjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deri tek ngjarja tragjike ka ardhur, kur pas aksidentit t\u00eb ndodhur ka filluar kacafytja dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet e sharjet mes personave n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, me \u00e7\u2019rast i pandehuri V. H. (polic) me arm\u00ebn e tij zyrtare shtin\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb viktim\u00ebs L. S., ku nga plag\u00ebt e marra n\u00eb kok\u00eb, nd\u00ebrron jet\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e ngjarjes.<\/p>\n<p>Tek i dyshuari gjithashtu jan\u00eb gjetur edhe dy revole t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb modelit \u201cBereta 92 Auto\u201d dhe 25 dhe fishek\u00eb t\u00eb llojeve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, i cili t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb fshatin Malishev\u00eb t\u00eb Gjilanit, duke d\u00ebgjuar muzik\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrdorur arm\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime i pandehuri dyshohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb kryer veprat penale \u201cvrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, \u201cmbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll t\u00eb arm\u00ebve ose posedimit t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d  dhe \u201cp\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebs apo mjetit t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm\u201d, vepra t\u00eb sanksionuara me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtari i procedur\u00ebs paraprake n\u00eb Departamentin e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, Zyhdi Haziri, pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb shkresave t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, ka konsideruar se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushtet ligjore p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit, pasi q\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast i ndjesh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr parashihet nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim mjaft i lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pal\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankes\u00ebs ndaj k\u00ebtij vendimi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit.\u200b<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan ka aprovuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore t\u00eb Gjilanit, duke i caktuar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit prej 30 (tridhjet\u00eb) dit\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit V.
