Kurse edhe tash pas leht\u00ebsimit t\u00eb masave kufizuese, e vetmja form\u00eb e lejuar e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ofrimi i ushqimeve p\u00ebrmes shp\u00ebrndarjes.<\/p>\n<p>Organizatat joqeveritare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb thon\u00eb se humbjet llogariten t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebr sektorin direkt, por edhe p\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor.<\/p>\n<p>Instituti p\u00ebr Ekonomi t\u00eb Tregut t\u00eb Lir\u00eb, (IETL) i themeluar nga Oda Ekonomike e Kosov\u00ebs, ka publikuar rezultatet e nj\u00eb hulumtimi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, para, gjat\u00eb dhe pas pandemis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtoresha ekzekutive n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Institut, Besa Zogaj-Gashi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, thot\u00eb se gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb masave emergjente, nga t\u00eb gjitha bizneset e anketuara, vet\u00ebm 2,3 p\u00ebr qind kan\u00eb zhvilluar veprimtarin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb ushqimit me nj\u00eb qarkullim simbolik monetar, kurse pjesa tjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb deklaruar se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre muajve qarkullimi i tyre mujore ka pasur r\u00ebnie n\u00eb 100 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00ebse e krahasojm\u00eb qarkullimin mesatar mujor me vitin e kaluar (2019), rreth 16,1 p\u00ebr qind e respodent\u00ebve u deklaruan se kan\u00eb pasur qarkullim mesatarisht 10,000 deri n\u00eb 15,000 euro, nd\u00ebrsa 13,8 p\u00ebr qind e tyre prej 15,000-20,000 euro. Veton Zuka, n\u00ebnkryetar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoqat\u00eb, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb, se Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb forma leht\u00ebsuese, kryesisht n\u00eb kredi bankare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, pasi llogaritet se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i godituri nga pandemia. Ai nd\u00ebrkaq shprehet se edhe n\u00eb faz\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsimit t\u00eb masave, ky sektor do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb me gjysm\u00ebn e kapacitetit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs n\u00eb mes tavolinave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u00ebrkesat e gastronom\u00ebve jan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsim n\u00eb obligimet e qiras\u00eb dhe k\u00ebsteve t\u00eb kredive ndaj bankave. K\u00ebstet e kredis\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb paguhen, mund\u00ebsisht t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb greis periudh\u00eb nj\u00ebvje\u00e7are dhe interesin e k\u00ebsaj periudhe ta garantoj\u00eb shteti. Pastaj edhe m\u00eb masat e reja, parashihet q\u00eb puna t\u00eb zhvillohet p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb Zuka.<\/p>\n<p>Instituti p\u00ebr Ekonomi t\u00eb Tregut t\u00eb Lir\u00eb (IETL) i ka rekomanduar Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb masat p\u00ebr lirime nga tatimet dhe subvencione p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, t\u00eb ket\u00eb subvencione t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me kritere me t\u00eb lehta p\u00ebr kualifikim si dhe subvencionim t\u00eb qiras\u00eb edhe n\u00eb muajt e ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr qiramarr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe, Qeveria n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes Pakos Emergjente Fiskale, p\u00ebr sektorin privat ka paguar pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e bizneseve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb punuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb masave emergjente, por edhe 50 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb qiras\u00eb.
