Shpallja e k\u00ebtij konkursi do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje lidhur me interesimet e shumta t\u00eb student\u00ebve lidhur me konkursin p\u00ebr bursa t\u00eb shpallur nga MAShTI n\u00eb vitin 2019 i cili konkurs ishte p\u00ebrcjellur me polemika dhe protesta dhe i cili ishte anuluar p\u00ebrmes vendimit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 08.11.2019. <\/p>\n
Duke pasur parasysh situat\u00ebn e krijuar me pandemin\u00eb COVID-19, Ministrja ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb aplikimi p\u00ebr burs\u00eb kan\u00eb student\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha fushave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebrmes udh\u00ebzimit administrativ 14\/2017 p\u00ebr ndarjen e bursave.<\/p>\n
