Nuk u p\u00ebrkrah projekti gjigant i uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs, as nga LVV, as nga PDK. Ta zvarrit\u00ebsh k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt jetik q\u00eb kaloi edhe n\u00eb Komitetin ton\u00eb, rrezikon edhe m\u00eb tutje sh\u00ebndetin publik t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb.
