Lutfi Hazirin, liderin q\u00eb po e b\u00ebn Gjilanin nga llo\u00e7i e vadat, n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet modern. Biseduam p\u00ebr projektet madhore, si: Uj\u00ebrat e Zeza, impiant\u00ebt dhe kolektor\u00ebt e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza, zgjerimin e hyrje-daljeve t\u00eb qytetit, tregun e  gjelb\u00ebrt dhe t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve.
