Nga kjo zyre thon\u00eb se Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, po zbaton vendimet e qeveris\u00eb duke u bazuar n\u00eb rastet penale, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Kodin Penal, t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e nd\u00ebrsa, rastet tjera n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb vendimeve p\u00ebr luftim t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, i trajton n\u00eb bashk\u00ebrendim me inspektor\u00eb sanitar t\u00eb cil\u00ebt procedojn\u00eb tutje me raste jo penale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolicia e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar vendimet e institucioneve p\u00ebr luftim t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb ka iniciuar raste penale nga neni 249 dhe 250 i KPK-s\u00eb.
