Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan, ka mbajtur konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media, lidhur me aksionin e zhvilluar sot, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe koordinim me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Inspektoratin Policor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe agjencit\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit, n\u00eb disa rajone t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb rajonin e Gjilanit, Ferizajt, Prizrenit, Podujev\u00ebs, Pej\u00ebs, Suharek\u00ebs dhe Vitis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ky aksion ka qen\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi e operacionit t\u00eb zhvilluar m\u00eb 18 Shtator 2020, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kara\u00e7ev\u00ebs dhe rajone tjera, i cili ka rezultuar me 37 persona t\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n
Operacioni i sotsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimeve t\u00eb bazuara se n\u00eb lokacionet e lartcekura jan\u00eb zhvilluar veprimtari kriminale, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kontrabandimin me mallra, v\u00ebnien n\u00eb qarkullim t\u00eb artikujve t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm ushqimor, blerjen, pranimin ose fshehjen e sendeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara me kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale dhe organizimin e skemave piramidale dhe bixhozit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
Si rezultat i aksionit t\u00eb sotsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb ndaluar gjithsej 22 persona t\u00eb dyshuar, n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 48 or\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dyshohet se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete kriminale, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve brenda afatit ligjor do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen masat p\u00ebr sigurimin e t\u00eb pandehurve n\u00eb procedur\u00eb penale, nga Gjykata kompetente n\u00eb Gjilan.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb ekzekutimit t\u00eb urdh\u00ebrkontrolleve, n\u00eb 11 lokacione q\u00eb lidhen me subjekte ekonomike dhe 17 lokacione q\u00eb lidhen me persona fizik, jan\u00eb sekuestruar sasi e konsiderueshme e gjedheve, arm\u00ebve, sendeve dhe artikujve t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm ushqimor, mjete q\u00eb kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprave penale, si dhe prova tjera q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebtejme penale.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrsa, numri i personave t\u00eb ndaluar q\u00eb nga fillimi i k\u00ebtij aksioni ka shkuar n\u00eb 59.<\/p>\n
