Kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs, Avdullah Hoti, ka paralajm\u00ebruar se procesi i dialogut me Serbin\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebr njohje reciproke ose n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, Kosova do t\u2019i zbatoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha masat e reciprocitetit me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cT\u00eb gjitha pa p\u00ebrjashtim, t\u00eb gjitha masat q\u00eb Serbia i drejton nga ne, ne kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe do t\u2019i drejtojm\u00eb kah Serbia\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Hoti pas nj\u00eb takimi me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Megjithat\u00eb, Hoti tha se beson q\u00eb me p\u00ebrfshirjen e \u201cpartner\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb kemi arritur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces\u201d nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00eb aplikohen k\u00ebto masa ekstreme, pasi sipas tij, \u00e7do dit\u00eb po b\u00ebhet progres drejt marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebrfundimtare me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs i b\u00ebri k\u00ebto komente pasi u pyet se si do t\u00eb veproj\u00eb Kosova n\u00eb raste se Serbia pengon d\u00ebrgimin e librave shkollor\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs parashohin t\u2019i d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti.<\/p>\n
D\u00ebrgimi i librave, por edhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb projektesh tjera jan\u00eb parapar\u00eb n\u00eb programin e Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, e cila funksionon n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij programi parashihet ndihma p\u00ebr organizatat joqeveritare n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, pastaj ruajtja dhe promovimi i trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe projekte tjera, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb studim p\u00ebr gjendjen sociale dhe ekonomike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Dialogu nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, n\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e Bashkimit Evropian ka nisur m\u00eb 2011. Ai u nd\u00ebrpre p\u00ebr 20 muaj, nga fundi i vitit 2018 p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb taks\u00ebs 100 p\u00ebr qind q\u00eb Kosova vendosi ndaj produkteve nga Serbia dhe Bosnj\u00eb e Hercegovina, nga qeveria e udh\u00ebhequr n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nga Ramush Haradinaj. M\u00eb pas, qeveria e ardhshme e Albin Kurtit e hoqi tarif\u00ebn, por e vendosi masat e reciprocitetit. Serbia kund\u00ebrshtonte t\u00eb ulej n\u00eb tryez\u00eb t\u00eb bisedimeve, derisa Kosova kishte n\u00eb fuqi masa t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb ardhjen ne pushtet, qeveria e udh\u00ebhequr nga kryeministri, Avdullah Hoti shfuqizoi reciprocitetin, duke mund\u00ebsuar rifillimin e dialogut n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb 2020-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Ka disa muaj q\u00eb Hoti dhe presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Vu\u00e7iq nuk kan\u00eb zhvilluar raunde t\u00eb reja t\u00eb bisedimeve. Nga BE-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se takimet n\u00eb nivel politik nuk po mbahen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb koronavirusit.<\/p>\n
