Kjo sindikat\u00eb po ashtu k\u00ebrkon kontrat\u00eb kolektive t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e arsimit, e cila nd\u00ebr tjerash, do t\u00eb parashoh\u00eb tri paga me rastin e pensionimit, nga nj\u00eb pag\u00eb jubilare dhe shujta.<\/p>\n
