Hetimi lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast kishte filluar koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb pas pranimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ankese dhe informacioneve p\u00ebrmes rrug\u00ebve operative me dyshimin fillestar se nj\u00eb zyrtar policor ishte i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme.<\/p>\n
Hetimi \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjeruar, duke p\u00ebrtfshir\u00eb si t\u00eb dyshuar edhe disa zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb policor\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe masat e fshehta t\u00eb hetimit n\u00eb koordinim me Prokurorin\u00eb Themelore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs me urdh\u00ebres\u00eb t\u00eb gjyqtarit t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs paraprake dhe me p\u00ebrkrahjen edhe nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Si rezultat i hetimit sot n\u00eb or\u00ebt e hershme t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar operacioni i koduar me emrin \u201cJugu\u201d me \u00e7\u2019rast jan\u00eb arrestuar tet\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb me dyshimin p\u00ebr veprat penale: \u201cKeqtrajtim gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs zyrtare\u201d, \u201cCenimi i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr ushtrimin e mjetit juridik\u201d, \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorim i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d, \u201cUshtrim ndikimi\u201ddhe \u201cFalsifikim i dokumentit zyrtar\u201d.<\/p>\n
Me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb hetuesit e IPK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb realizuar kontrolle n\u00eb tri lokacione n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ku n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb provave jan\u00eb konfiskuar gj\u00ebsende t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n
Hetuesit e IPK-s\u00eb pritet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin edhe veprime t\u00eb tjera hetimore lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast n\u00eb konsultim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm me prokurorin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me autorizimet ligjore t\u00eb IPK-s\u00eb dhe Kodit t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs penale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
