Paneli Zgjedhor p\u00ebr Ankesa dhe Parashtresa (PZAP) ka filluar publikimin e vendimeve lidhur me apelet q\u00eb i jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga subjektet politike dhe kandidatet pas shpalljes se rezultateve p\u00ebrfundimtare nga Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve (KQZ).<\/p>\n
Ky institucion deri m\u00eb tani, ka aprovuar e hedhur posht\u00eb disa t\u00eb tilla. N\u00eb tri vendimet e para shihet q\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi ka pasur edhe brenda L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje dhe Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Tek L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, PZAP\u2019ja ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb rinum\u00ebrohen vet\u00ebm flet\u00ebvotimet p\u00ebr kandidat p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb nga radh\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj partie n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendvotim n\u00eb Gjilan, pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb kandidates Arb\u00ebresh\u00eb Kryeziu Hyseni.<\/p>\n
Ajo pretendon se n\u00eb vendvotim n\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim total t\u00eb votave \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gabim nga ana e personit q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrimin. Kryeziu-Hyseni pretendon q\u00eb votat e saj q\u00eb n\u00eb total jan\u00eb 118 i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar kandidatit tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb, Arb\u00ebr Rexhaj. Asaj megjithat\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar apeli me t\u00eb cilin k\u00ebrkonte rinum\u00ebrim n\u00eb disa vendvotime t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n
Sa i p\u00ebrket PDK-s\u00eb, PZAP-ja ka k\u00ebrkuar rinum\u00ebrimin e flet\u00ebvotimeve p\u00ebr kandidat\u00ebt e PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendvotim n\u00eb Petrov\u00eb pasi kandidati Rrahman Jakupi \u00ebsht\u00eb ankuar se i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrim n\u00eb vota.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb PZAP brenda 24 or\u00ebve, jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar 208 ankesa. Ky institucion ka gjithsej tri dit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb e vendos p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ngritura. N\u00ebse pal\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqura me vendimet e PZAP-s\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ato mund t`i drejtohen edhe Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, e cila gjithashtu ka koh\u00eb 72 or\u00eb p\u00ebr shqyrtimin e tyre.
