Babai i t\u00eb ndjerit Agonis Tetaj, Isuf Tetaj kishte k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebrjashtimin e trupit gjykues n\u00eb trajtimin e rastit ku djali i tij mbeti i vrar\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs nga i akuzuari Shaban Gogaj.<\/p>\n
Pas rikualifikimit t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale nga prokurori i Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Gjilanit, Agron Uka, nga vrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb vrasje nga pakujdesia, i akuzuari Shaban Gogaj, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 16 marsit, e ka pranuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n
