Ne theksojm\u00eb se vendimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar serb\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim i drejt\u00eb n\u00eb institucionet e nivelit qendror kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha akteve ligjore.
