\u201cAksioni i sotsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi e aksionit t\u00eb Kara\u00e7ev\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan. Jan\u00eb realizuar bastisje n\u00eb tri lokacione, n\u00eb Ferizaj, n\u00eb fshatin Muqiv\u00ebrc dhe fshatin Petrovc. Me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb prokurores s\u00eb rastit \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr 48 or\u00eb i dyshuari A.TH., i cili ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim q\u00eb nga fillimi i k\u00ebtij aksioni, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn penale \u2018\u2019Organizimi i skemave piramidale dhe bixhozit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm\u2019\u2019, t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Gjilanit p\u00ebr Reporteri.net.<\/p>\n
