Sepse komuna nuk diti si ta implementoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt ashtu si duhet dhe nuk e mori parasysh realitetin kosovar dhe kushtet t\u00eb cilat i kemi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ky projekt nuk b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat kryetari, kushdoqoft\u00eb ai.
\nKy projekt nuk e ka nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb mir\u00eb fizibiliteti ( krejt qka eshte mendu: ti mbyllim ca shkolla aty ketu, ti dergojm\u00eb nxenesit aty atje, t\u00eb reduktojm\u00eb stafin m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs)
\nKy projekt rrezikon nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb aspektin e bartjes s\u00eb tyre prej nj\u00eb vendi n\u00eb tjetrin (nuk i kemi ne trasportuesit publik\u00eb apo privat si n\u00eb Finland\u00eb e Suedi por e dim\u00eb si i kemi dhe askush nuk jep p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi).
\nKy projekt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as i kordinuar mir\u00eb me ministrin\u00eb e arsimit n\u00eb at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me personelin\/baza ligjore.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb duart e nj\u00eb menaxheri t\u00eb mir\u00eb ky projekt do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte nisur mir\u00eb dhe ndoshta pas nja 10- 15 viteve edhe do ishte realizuar n\u00eb plotni pa hat\u00ebrmbetje, pa incidente dhe pa parregullsi.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vet\u00eb ministria e arsimit duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb bajrakun dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, pa kalkulime politike por vet\u00ebm arsimore dhe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb procesin ngadal\u00eb-ngadal\u00eb dhe ti shkoj deri n\u00eb fund brenda nj\u00eb afati 10 -15 vjeqar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
