Kjo do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Ballkanin m\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs si treg. Moshapja e negociatave dhe mos liberalizimi i vizave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr parimeve t\u00eb vet\u00eb BE. Prandaj ne nuk mund t\u00eb presim t\u00eb zgjidhen problemet e brendshme t\u00eb BE. Ne do t\u00eb presim kur BE t\u00eb jet\u00eb gati, por duke pasur nismat tona t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta ekonomike\u201d, tha Zaev.<\/p>\n
