Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan ka shpall aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarit B. Rr.<\/p>\n
I akuzuari me dat\u00eb 15.02.2019, rreth or\u00ebs 17:30 minuta, n\u00eb objektin e Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personit zyrtar \u2013 ndihm\u00ebs referent i ekzekutimeve, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb vet\u00ebs t\u2019i sjell p\u00ebrfitim pasuror t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm, ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe marr ryshfet para n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 20 Euro, nga i d\u00ebmtuari A. S., ky i fundit ka qen\u00eb i akuzuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb penale t\u00eb rrezikimit t\u00eb trafikut publik (P.nr. 247\/2017). I akuzuari k\u00ebto t\u00eb holla i ka pranuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb bisedoj me gjyqtaren e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes p\u00ebr ta mbyllur rastin.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cmarrje ryshfeti\u201d, vep\u00ebr e sanksionuar me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Trupi gjykues i Departamentit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, pas shtjellimit t\u00eb gjitha provave dhe d\u00ebgjimit t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, ka shqiptuar d\u00ebnim me burg n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 7 (shtat\u00eb) muajve dhe d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 500 (pes\u00ebqind) Euro.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptuar edhe d\u00ebnim plot\u00ebsues, ndalimi i ushtrimit t\u00eb profesionit n\u00eb institucionet publike prej nj\u00eb viti.<\/p>\n
Gjykata e ka liruar nga akuza p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201ckeqp\u00ebrdorim i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d.<\/p>\n
