Gjilan,25maj2017 \u2013 Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan ka shpall aktgjykim lirues ndaj t\u00ebpandehurave M. Sh. H. Z. dhe V. K.
\nT\u00eb pandehurat M. Sh. dhe H. Z. jan\u00eb akuzuar nga Prokuroria Themelore e Gjilanit se me dat\u00eb 03.03.2016 n\u00eb Spitalin Regjional n\u00eb Gjilan, me rastin e trajtimit t\u00eb pacientes, tani e ndjer\u00eb A. S., gjat\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs mjek\u00ebsore, me dashje eventuale kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur mjetet e pap\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb mjekimit ndaj pacientes dhe nuk i kan\u00eb ofruar ndihm\u00ebn e nevojshme mjek\u00ebsore gjat\u00eb lindjes, nd\u00ebrsa e pandehura V. K. si mjeke kujdestare n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me detyrat e saj, ka refuzuar dhe nuk i ka ofruar ndihm\u00ebn mjek\u00ebsore pacientes.
\nTrupi gjykues pas disa seancave t\u00eb mbajtura, shqyrtimit t\u00eb provave, d\u00ebgjimin e ekspertiz\u00ebs dhe super ekspertiz\u00ebs, nuk ka arritur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetoj q\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb pandehura kan\u00eb kryer veprat penale.
\nT\u00ebpandehuratM. Sh. dhe H. Z. jan\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cTrajtim i pand\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm mjek\u00ebsor nga neni 260 paragrafi 4 e lidhur me paragrafin 1 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK)\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa e akuzuara V. K. \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMos dh\u00ebnia e ndihm\u00ebs mjek\u00ebsore nga neni 261 paragrafi 3, lidhur me paragrafin 1 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb\u201d.
