Avokati i Hysni Gucatit, Jonathan Elystan Rees ka pyetur d\u00ebshmitaren e ZPS-s\u00eb rreth paket\u00ebs 3 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka dokumente t\u00eb klasifikuara si konfidenciale, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk e di kush i ka klasifikuar ato si konfidenciale.<\/p>\n
Ish-krer\u00ebt e OVL-U\u00c7K, Hysni Gucati e Nasim Haradinaj akuzohen p\u00ebr vepra penale kund\u00ebr administrimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, konkretisht p\u00ebr pengim t\u00eb personave zyrtar\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, frik\u00ebsim t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, hakmarrje dhe shkelje t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb organizat\u00ebn q\u00eb ata drejtonin kishin arritur disa pako q\u00eb pretendohej t\u00eb ishin me dokumente q\u00eb kishin rrjedhur nga Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ata i kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb publike p\u00ebrmes konferencave p\u00ebr media dhe paraqitjeve t\u00eb tjera publike.<\/p>\n
