Me k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, Kosova fiton statusin e asociuar n\u00eb program me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota, krahas vendeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, Gjeorgjis\u00eb dhe Izraelit.
\nStatusi i asociuar do t\u00eb thot\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr subjekte juridike dhe individ\u00eb nga Kosova p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb programet k\u00ebrkimore evropiane. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, Kosova b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb aktive e Hapsir\u00ebs Evropiane t\u00eb K\u00ebrkimit, duke p\u00ebrfituar nga pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb nj\u00eb ekosistem t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, panevropian t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit dhe inovacionit. <\/p>\n
Programi \u201cHorizon Europe\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb programi kryesor i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr financimin e pun\u00ebs k\u00ebrkimore dhe inovacionit me buxhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm prej 95.5 miliard euro. Programi b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur bashk\u00ebpunimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkimit dhe inovacionit, duke mb\u00ebshtetur zbatimin e politikave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe duke adresuar sfidat globale t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebrkimit dhe inovacionit. <\/p>\n
N\u00eb programin Korniz\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr hulumtim dhe inovacion, Kosova fillimisht ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb programin \u201cFramework Programme 7\u201d dhe \u201cHorizon 2020\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebto programe, Kosova ka pasur statusin e vendit t\u00eb tret\u00eb (third country) bashk\u00eb me shumic\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa me k\u00ebt\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshje statusi i Kosov\u00ebs avancohet ndjesh\u00ebm.
\nMarr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr asocim n\u00eb Programin \u201cHorizon Europe\u201d hyn n\u00eb fuqi pasi t\u00eb ratifikohet nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, subjekteve juridike nga Kosova i \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb thirrjet e vitit 2021, nd\u00ebrsa fituesit do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i realizojn\u00eb projektet e tyre pas ratifikimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
