IT Level 2 Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Level 2 Engineer to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and applications.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Provide advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and security, and take proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles, with knowledge and experience in specific applications and tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
