Raporti më i ri ndërkombëtar Gallup Global Safety Report 2025, i publikuar në fillim të muajit shtator, ka renditur Kosovën ndër vendet më të sigurta në botë, duke e pozicionuar të tretën në nivel global dhe të parën në Evropë për ndjenjën e sigurisë së qytetarëve dhe besimin ndaj institucioneve të zbatimit të ligjit.
Sipas raportit, Kosova ka arritur rezultat 94 pikë nga 100 në Indeksin e Ligjit dhe Rendit, duke u renditur menjëherë pas Taxhikistanit (97 pikë) dhe Singaporit (95 pikë) si tre vendet më të sigurta në botë. Ky rezultat e bën Kosovën vendin më të sigurt në Evropë, duke lënë pas shtete të zhvilluara si Islanda, Norvegjia, Austria dhe Zvicra.
Po ashtu, raporti thekson se 89% e qytetarëve të Kosovës ndihen të sigurt duke ecur vetëm natën në zonën ku jetojnë, përqindje që e vendos Kosovën në mesin e vendeve me nivelin më të lartë të perceptimit të sigurisë në botë dhe në Evropë.
Këto rezultate janë të lidhura ngushtë edhe me përkrahjen e vazhdueshme që Policia e Kosovës gëzon nga institucionet vendore dhe partnerët strategjikë ndërkombëtarë si dhe falë bashkëpunimit të ngushtë me institucionet tjera të sigurisë, të cilat së bashku krijojnë një sistem gjithëpërfshirës për garantimin e rendit dhe sigurisë në vend.
Ky vlerësim ndërkombëtar është një dëshmi e qartë e përkushtimit të Policisë së Kosovës në garantimin e rendit dhe sigurisë publike, forcimin e bashkëpunimit e partneritetit me komunitetin dhe rritjen e besimit të qytetarëve në Policinë e Kosovës.
Policia e Kosovës mbetet e përkushtuar në mbrojtjen e jetës dhe pronës, ofrimin e sigurisë dhe shërbim sa më profesional, efektiv dhe llogaridhënës për të gjithë qytetarët pa dallim.

Kosovo, treća u svetu i prva u Evropi po pitanju bezbednosti, prema izveštaju Gallupa
Priština, 23. septembar 2025.
Najnoviji međunarodni izveštaj Gallup Global Safety Report 2025, objavljen početkom septembra, svrstao je Kosovo među najbezbednije zemlje na svetu, pozicionirajući ga na treće mesto globalno i na prvo mesto u Evropi po osećaju sigurnosti građana i poverenju u institucije za sprovođenje zakona.
Prema izveštaju, Kosovo je ostvarilo rezultat od 94 poena od mogućih 100 na Indeksu zakona i reda, zauzevši odmah mesto iza Tadžikistana (97 poena) i Singapura (95 poena) kao tri najbezbednije zemlje na svetu. Ovaj rezultat čini Kosovo najbezbednijom zemljom u Evropi, ostavljajući iza sebe razvijene države poput Islanda, Norveške, Austrije i Švajcarske.
Takođe, izveštaj naglašava da se 89% građana Kosova oseća sigurno dok hodaju sami noću u oblasti u kojoj žive, procenat koji Kosovo svrstava među zemlje sa najvišim nivoom percepcije sigurnosti u svetu i u Evropi.
Ovi rezultati usko su povezani i sa stalnom podrškom koju Policija Kosova uživa od domaćih institucija i međunarodnih strateških partnera, kao i zahvaljujući tesnoj saradnji sa drugim bezbednosnim institucijama, koje zajedno stvaraju sveobuhvatan sistem za garantovanje reda i sigurnosti u zemlji.
Ova međunarodna ocena predstavlja jasan dokaz posvećenosti Policije Kosova u garantovanju javnog reda i sigurnosti, jačanju saradnje i partnerstva sa zajednicom i povećanju poverenja građana u Policiju Kosova.
Policija Kosova ostaje posvećena zaštiti života i imovine, pružanju sigurnosti i što profesionalnijoj, efikasnijoj i odgovornijoj usluzi za sve građane bez razlike.

Kosovo ranked third in the world and first in the Europe security vise, based on the Gallup report

The latest international Gallup Global Safety Report 2025, published in early September, has ranked Kosovo among the safest countries in the world, placing it third globally and first in Europe for citizens’ sense of security and trust in law enforcement institutions.
According to the report, Kosovo has achieved a score of 94 points out of 100 in the Law and Order Index, ranking immediately after Tajikistan (97 points) and Singapore (95 points) as the three safest countries in the world. This result makes Kosovo the safest country in Europe, leaving behind developed countries such as Iceland, Norway, Austria and Switzerland.
The report also highlights that 89% of Kosovo citizens feel safe walking alone at night in the area where they live, a percentage that places Kosovo among the countries with the highest level of safety perception in the world and in Europe.
These results are closely linked to the continuous support that the Kosovo Police enjoys from local institutions and international strategic partners, as well as thanks to the close cooperation with other security institutions, which together create a comprehensive system for guaranteeing order and security in the country.
This international assessment is a clear evidence of the commitment of the Kosovo Police to guaranteeing public order and security, strengthening cooperation and partnership with the community and increasing citizens’ trust in the Kosovo Police.
